FINDING THE CORRECT LEVEL OF FOCUS

The Stickler for Detail has the ability to focus on the minutiae of an issue or a project. They will always ensure that they have all the details in place before they start a project, fearing that the one small detail that they might miss will throw everything off course.

However, since they are so focussed on the micro perspective, they sometimes lose sight of the big picture. This can be annoying to others, who feel they just hold things up and get in the way of a solution.

As the witnessing self it is important to be alert to the danger of your Stickler for Detail getting stuck in too many rabbit holes or unnecessarily gilding the lily. Less is more.
