A one-day experiential journey to the self
Welcome on an exciting inner journey to your authentic self. This one-day course is a meditative, creative, and playful opportunity to reconnect with your inner world.
The teaching is conducted in a small group of about eight people ensuring that you receive a tailormade experience in line with your personal birth chart. As your roadmap we will be using a highlighted summary of the popular Star Psychology report, combining the clinical wisdom of psychology with the mysticism of various astrological traditions and human design.
Guided meditations and practical exercises
In the morning we use various guided visualisations to put you in touch one of your inner world’s most important players. Through the eye of the inner witness you can develop a closer relationship that will help you to use their talents to your advantage and manage their challenges skilfully.
In the afternoon we will explore the practical life instructions that your chart reveals, such as your role in the world, your best decision-making strategy, and your overarching worldview.
At the end of this one-day course you will have gained a new friend in your inner world and learned some key skills to experiment with in daily life.
